Cluster Displays

Kongsberg Automotives LCD Clusters offer vehicle designers the versatility to quickly and easily configure an extremely robust and effective instrumentation panel.

The LCD glass and front and rear housings can easily be customised to meet the functional and styling requirements of individual applications, making it a very cost effective option for use on low to medium volume vehicles. The cluster is designed to display information directly from the vehicle's CANbus. J1939 protocol is supported as standard with other protocols available on request. The cluster can also be fitted in conjunction with one of Kongsberg Automotive's analogue interface modules, enabling non CAN based information to easily be displayed. Information monitored and displayed typically includes Speed, RPM, Fuel level, Hour Meter and Coolant Temperature. A Message Center provides the operator with valuable warning information whilst also offering enhanced vehicle diagnostics. An overall thickness of just 64mm (including connector) allows the Cluster to be easily incorporated into most dashboard assemblies.
